Monica Thomas

Monica Thomas was born and raised on the south side of Chicago and has worked in Real Estate since 2019. She worked in the financial industry for over 15 years, and later changed industries and began working as a case manager for the State of Indiana. Monica has always had a passion for real estate since she was younger. She loved helping clients apply and get financing for their home purchases and decided that she would rather be on the other side of the transaction. Monica believes that owning property, whether residential or commercial creates generational wealth. As a first-generation college graduate and small business owner, Monica is able to build lasting professional relationships and create networking opportunities. Monica prides herself on being relatable to her clients, she knows that her attentiveness and professionalism can make or break a client/broker relationship.

Monica is a mother of 2 sets of twins, and a Multiple Sclerosis warrior. Her circumstances have taught her to multitask and persevere in the face of adversity. Monica is not afraid of a challenge and often faces them head on. She believes there is no ceiling to success, which is why in addition to being a Real Estate Broker, she is co-owner of Distinguished Signing Services, which is a mobile notary service and One “Mo” Plate, which is a catering and private chef company. Real Estate is and will always be her first love and priority because she believes it is the #1 way to create and build wealth among families.
